BASIC, Clean, Early 90’s style rooms, but with very tired bathrooms. A good and comfortable bed was with a choice of firm or soft pillows. I booked an “executive” room but it was SMALL. Stopped overnight having landed at Heathrow. Arrived about midnight. Friendly check in and quickly to room. Bathroom looked a bit worn with a leaking tap in bath. Bed was comfortable. No movies available via TV. Did not eat there. The price for a saturday night was excellent. there were some noisy neighbours in the corridor late which was annoying.

I stayed for two nights and the room was clean comfortable and quiet, the food both in the restaurant and when I used room service was very good, pity there was no real ale but you can't win em all! The staff were polite and efficient with Barbara and Agata both outstanding.

Hotel is in a nice location but a typical Holiday Inn location! You have no choice but to eat in their resturant. Stayed for one night the other day. I stayed in what must have been a refurbished room. Compared to other Holiday Inns, this was a breath of fresh air. Stayed here for one night on 15 May. Heating not working - room freezing. Rang reception "it's a new system and it's not working yet". They supplied a small electric heater, but really ??
