“Lovely stay with excellent facilities”

Recently stayed with another family and kids for the weekend. The staff give a warm friendly welcome and it has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Kids loved having use of the pool and leisure facilities attached to the hotel and only a couple of miles into Bridlington. We ate both nights at the hotel nice home cooked food with proper chips!... We recently booked 2 rooms for 1 night stay, and had a good time, yes the hotel is faintly tired, but the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the service excellent nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met with a smile. the food was hot and portions reasonable, lacking a little flair maybe. Stoped at the hotel for a family function. Was not happy with the staff comments and food was at bad quality. Missing items form one family members handbag! Will not be returning again!
