Kath in the bar was great, room was dodgy, breakfast staff could not careless, food seemed to be leftovers that had been hanging around...... close to Stone Henge but over priced great pub next door ... no accommodation though

A poor customer service throughout the stay. Receptionist did not know dinner, breakfast or checkout times. Room decor was dated, friendlier spiders welcomed us. Walls required a live of paint and carpets a thorough wash. Noisy party guests kept us awake well beyond midnight. Dinner was appalling, I had to send mine back after a disastrous mess was served. Still... More

I had high hopes for this hotel but it felt like a scene from Faulty Towers. On arrival there was no one to meet us. The girl on the bar was cool to stay the least because we asked for our room 10 minutes before the usual 3pm. The room itself was ok but needed a coat of paint. The... More

Lovely little hotel. The staff go above and beyond! Accommodations were very nice. Great breakfast variety (included in price). Gorgeous garden. Highly recommend if you are planning a stay in Amesbury (handy to Stonehenge).

Rooms were lovely and clean and quite modern for an old hotel. The service was amazing, we stayed for two days and the staff just couldn't do enough for us, we asked for bedding for the sofa bed for the two children to make up and one of the girls insisted on making up the beds and couldn't apologise enouh... I have to say that we have not stayed at this property and the customer service we received just trying to work with them on reservations confirmed we won't be staying there. We are planning a trip to Stonehenge and wanted a location that was very close. After a couple back and forth emails, I called to make reservations and... More

Our main goal was to see stonehenge so we wanted a family orientated establishment and we hit the nail right on the head. We stayed 1 night and our room was very modern, clean, cosy and up to date. We were greeted by warm friendly staff and the owner. Lovely cosy bar.The breakfast was outstanding!!! I defintely recommend it!!

The staff were friendly....but the hotel is run down, the rooms are miniscule and the food offering not extensive especially if you dont eat meat. We had to go out to eat...and there really isnt much choice in the area. Location? couldnt be better if you are visiting stonehenge.

My friend turned 50 recently and had an amazing birthday party at Antrobus Hotel. I would like to thank the Hotel team led by Mr Bob Fanton and assistant Elaine. They recommended and booked a fantastic night of entertainment led by local group The Tofs and a Very funny London comedian. People came from all over the country for the... More
