Very pleased with the service. I would definately come here again. I had a wonderful stay. I was recently there last week with my volleyball team. We enjoyed every minute we were there. We had an awesome experience. The food was great and i was very pleased with the service.

Overall I would sum it up to: the biggest swindle, fraud as a "hotel" they are very far away of giving the sevice of at least a 3 star hotel would give. Our stay at Villas de Pallermo was a pleasure. The villas are spacious, clean, and complete with many amenities for a comfortable, long-term stay.
