The rooms were fine; beds comfortable; breakfast enjoyable, but the hotel staff is what really made our stay memorable. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to be helpful.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a doctor appointment at Hershey Medical Center. The room was clean and roomy. Zachary Brush at the front desk was really helpful when we were looking for a restaurant. Gave us precise directions and even volunteered to come get us if we got lost.

We were in Hershey for a funeral and stayed here for a few days. The staff coiuld not have been friendlier. Chuck, the front desk manager went out of his way to make us feel at home. This hotel has flat screen t v's, clean and I loved the magnified mirror at the vanity area.

We were driving through town and needed to stop for the night. We like Best Western so we thought we would give it a shot. I'm very happy we did. The place was very nice. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly. Hopefully we get to come back this summer

Headed up for the football games found it to be a very nice hotel. Great workout room. Family enjoyed the breakfast. Room was clean service was excellent will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Great customer service from clerks and Front Desk Manager. The breakfast is nice and is not over like some hotels stop at 9:00am it runs till ten.
