I like staying here because of the staff is so eager to make things right and it is so clean. One of the biggest reasons I like Hampton Inn is the duvet is cleaned for new guest. That is VERY important to me!

I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It is beautiful, and the staff are kind and professional. There were plenty of items to choose from at breakfast, and the quality of the food was excellent. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of stay at.

I stayed there for 11 nights and everything was fine. All the staff was very friendly (as I am used to in the States). The room was kept clean all the time. The breakfast is quite good (altough not my taste). In the fitness room I missed an ergometer, but otherwise it was definitely worth the price.

As a business traveler, this was a wonderful hotel, with very friendly staff. Had just two minor issues with room, and staff fixed immediately. One of the best Hamptons i've stayed at (and i am gold hilton member)

I would not recommend this location in Hanover, PA. I had prooblems with the front desk, housekeeping and the overall experience. The good things at this hotel didn't outweigh the bad. I stayed here due to a house fire and had problems all throughout my stay.

This rooms in this Hampton Inn are a bit dated. Lobby looks brand new and is very bright and inviting. The ventilation in the room need works, very stagnant air. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. We visit the Hanover area every year and will think twice about staying in this older feeling Hampton Inn again

Great value for a hotel that puts some of the fancier hotels to shame. Free internet, free breakfast, clean large rooms, super friendly staff and a great location in Hanover make it a no-brainer for travelers to the area. And if your a Hilton Member you get the points!
