“Great hotel for the location”

The service was impeccable. The room was clean and well appointed. I only stayed overnight. The front desk was very helpful in arranging a taxi for me and following up in the morning.I There was a lovely lobby with places to sit and work. The wireless worked well.

Service was quick, hotel was clean, safe, quiet and very modern and up to date. Hotel location is excellent for my travels. Plenty of parking and quick access to highways, shops, services, and restaurants.

The service was the best I have ever received at a hotel. The front desk called shortly after entering the room to ascertain if we were happy with the accommodations. When we requested an additional blanket, it was delivered promptly to the room.The room was extremely comfortable and clean. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Clean, beautiful rooms, frig, great amenities, friendly and extremely helpful staff at front desk. Great experience!

“Good location friendly service in restaurant”

This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn with all the nice amenities. Front desk was helpful and the restaurant staff were extra friendly. Excellent choices for breakfast including fresh fruit and made to order pancakes and omelettes.

“Overall a good stay and a nice property, internet issues left me less than satisfied.”

The internet did not work during my stay and the staff seemed to show little concern. Other than that, it is a nice property that is conveniently located. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great. I do reccomend this hotel if you are spending time in Erie PA.

Typical HGI experience- no hassle reservations, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Of special note is the creativity and enthusiasm of the breakfast chef who turned waffles into artwork. An excellent choice in the crowded Erie hotel market!

I must commend them on their location & staff. Right from front desk dealing with Maria; well groomed, very friendly and professional.
