This property is new and appears to be clean. But it could be rated much higher if the little things were better addressed. This Hotel appears to be new. The staff was very friendly, the hotel lobby and the room was very modern and very clean, breakfast was very good and overall and excellent stay. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay there again if in the area.

For valentines day my sweetie and I went to the holiday inn expres in Belle Vernon PA> . It was very clean, the staff was wonderful,and we loved the breakfast. We both Highly recommend this hotel to all!! Thanks to the staff for helping make this Valentines Day special for us.!!!

We were attending a family event near Belle Vernon and were lucky to have selected this hotel. It is new, rooms are clean and ample, staff was friendly responsive and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was better than many other similar hotels offerings. This would be a good choice for any stay in this area. Highly recommended.
