Stay away from this place. Owner's a crook. Dirty. Trashes not emptied. Way overpriced.

My friend suggested me to stay at Sutton Motel while I was in Eugene to visit one of my clients. Not only their price is reasonable but their service is excellent. I will definitely come back and stay there again.

Awful, dirty rooms, money hungry owners. No refunds for any reasons. Requires a $50. 00 deposit that you may or may not get back. They count EVERY ITEM in the room, including the smoke alarm batteries before you check out and then maybe you'll get your deposit back. They also own the McKenzie Motel down the street.
