We stay here about two to three times a year. We get a king size bed, and a divided off kitchen/living room. The continental breakfast is good, there's boiled eggs, cereals, waffles and fruits and a few more items to choose from. It is always clean and the staff accomodating.

My last trip to Salem was 8 months ago. The Shilo Inn is still a great place to stay. I was greeted in a friendly manner, room was clean, microwave and Internet all worked great. I also liked the breakfast. It is a good value and a bit like coming home.

I frequently travel to Oregon on business and stay at the Shilo in Salem. They offer a large, clean, comfortable room at an excellent price. The Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and the freeway. Access is easy. They provide a decent breakfast as well. All-in-all, a excellent value for the rate that they charge.

We had the unfortunate reason to stay here because our vehicle broke down and we needed accommodation in Salem. We have been staying at the Shilo Inn when we visit our daughter in Salem, orgeon for the last two years. The staff is as good as you can get the rooms are very clean and well kept. The free breakfast is better than most of the bigger hotel chains. I recommend this hotel for bussiness and family travel.

Room was adequate, clean and spacious, but not at all luxurious. Couldn't get the heater to shut off so had to use the window to regulate temperature. Quiet, except for freeway noise. Appreciated the fridge and microwave (dated, but worked OK) and the friendly staff. Wifi worked only occasionally which was a big inconvenience.
