Great experience at the Monaco. Perfect downtown location. Very attentive staff (almost too attentive). Doorman wrote down directions and bus #s to wherever we wanted to go. Hotel Monaco is a very nice hotel, in a great part of Portland. Within walking distance to most of the interesting sites.
