I have read reviews on Yelp, google, yahoo and here. I found every review to be accurately stated both good and bad. Run by a nice couple who does need some more professionalism. “Rustic. Beautiful beach and nice family owned motel”

It's nice sometimes to enjoy the simplicity of a mom/pop motel. When I called for our reservation, it was nice to find myself speaking to the owner and getting truly personalized service. WOW! My friends and I fish the Oregon coast and rivers several times a year and ALWAYS stay at the Arizona Beach Lodge. The Arizona Beach Lodge is owned by a wonderful couple, Sharron and Ralph. Its is located within a short walk to Arizona Beach State Park which has spectacular views and tide pools.
