“Dingy, noisy but adequate”

This hotel is located in older downtown Medford. There are two guest room buildings, and a third building on the street that has the office, restaurant and meeting rooms. Stayed in room 149 recently with family. Waited several minutes to check in, and was waited on by a rude desk clerk named Crystal. “Great Place to stay”

If you are on a business trip or just for pleasure, this is a great place to stay. Nice room, quiet and a great hot breakfast included in the price. Close to the old downtown so a good choice during their Pear Blossom Festival.

This is an older hotel and it shows inside and out. Furnishings seem to be from the 80's. My room had a 25" CRT tv from 1997. It appears they have redone some of the tile in the bathrooms. The beds were hard and sagged in the middle. For the price they charge ($79 a night) there are better options.... More

We love this place. We stop here several times a year. The decor is dated, but this was built when quality really mattered, and it still comes through!
