Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. Had a lovely room with a fireplace overlooking the ocean. I used to be a housekeeping manager for a large convention hotel, and this room was as clean if not cleaner than most hotels. Great value for the price paid. I'm looking forward to staying again when they complete... More

The Sea Horse Oceanfront Lodge is a wonderful location just to sit with either a hot cup of something or a smooth cool drink. It is located up on a cliff above the stormy beach. The service varies depending on who is on staff and what season of the year it is, but the staff tries really hard to make... More

We needed a pet friendly room, and it seems as though options are limited in Lincoln City, at least for a reasonable price. The check-in process was lengthy. All the oceanfront rooms were under renovation. Suspiciously, they said it was due to "storm damage", but December had been gorgeous for Oregon, up until the night of our stay. We had... More

This guest stayed in an economy non-view room. These rooms are simple, and clean, and offered at a reasonable price. We have many different room types, from economy to luxury, with pet friendly options in most categories. The storm damage occurred in December of 2011. We were hit with a tornado that took the roof off the ocean front section... More

my boyfriend and I decided to go back to the seahorse after an okay stay the previous time. We rented a cabin for the weekend so we could have more space because a friend decided to come with us. we checked in no problem and got all unloaded into room 111. the first couple hours I felt uncomfortable, like something... I'm sorry this guest was uncomfortable in one of our cabins. I've worked here for six years and have never had any supernatural encounters, even when working the night shift alone. This is the first time I've heard anything along these lines from any of our guests as well. Somewhere there was a misunderstanding, as no previous owner has died... More

My kids and I stayed in one of the Sea Horse Lodging cabins for three nights and loved it. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, bedding. This was my first trip to the Oregon Coast, and we couldn't have stayed a better place! The service was excellent and the suite we stayed in was elegant yet cozy, and very clean. The fireplace and jaccuzzi were an unexpected amenity. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast bar offered many choices. Would definitely recommend this great hotel. More

This is a hotel that my children and I have frequented. It is not a top dollar hotel, but the people are wonderful, the prices are good for a family on a budget. The continental breakfast is simple but clean and well stocked. My kids love the easy access to the pool and the wonderful ocean view from the hot... More

We spent 2 nights in one of the vintage cabins. They are all done in knotty pine which definately gives you a real cabin feel which I loved. The bed was very comfy. The kitchens are well furnished with almost all normal kitchen tools, pots, pans and accessories. There is a coffemaker, microwave, stove, refridg. and sink which all worked... More

. . We normally stay at the Coho, which is a great hotel if you have the money to spend. This time around, the Coho was all booked up. The Seahorse is about a one minutes drive down the street. The staff at the front desk was very nice and allowed us to look at our room before booking. The... More

To finish up our trip to Oregon we traveled to the coast. The Seahorse was great in every way. Great view of the ocean and right on the beach. The staff was great in recommending meal options and things to do. If you are needing a place to stay on the central coast I would highly recommend the Seahorse. More
