Many choices in John Day, but this is the best value by far. Close to downtown, you can walk. Knowledgeable staff can help you with places to go and food to eat. Very clean rooms with lots amenities. For $55 a night, it was a heck of a deal. Would stay there again.

We found a wonderful motel in John Day with comfortable beds in a very clean room for under $70 compared to other motels in JD for $109. I would easily stay there again and recommend to others to stay there as a great clean and comfortable value.

Stayed here twice over the summer with groups of UK motorcyclists and a really good motel to stay in. Staff are very helpful and importantly It's motorcycle friendly.
