If you are visiting Crater Lake or the surrounding area, this is definitely the place for you to stay. It is close to the park, which is only one of its advantages. Patty, your hostess, is very welcoming and friendly (Michael was away so we didn't get to meet him) and you are instantly as comfortable as if you were... More

We spent 2 February nights at the ranch, it was a treat. Patricia and Michael are exceptional hosts, they made us feel very welcomed. The breakfasts were huge and tasty. We very much enjoyed joining our hosts on a cross-country ski outing at their property and nearby park. We highly recommend staying at the ranch, it's a great location if... More

It was so much fun to ski with you. We got a chance to explore forest trails we had never skied before. Thanks so much for staying with us and sharing a great morning! Michael and Patty More

Beautiful B & B in a lovely location. My husband and I stayed there in September. It is very close to Crater Lake, which is why we chose it, but the house itself is a treat. Thoughtfully planned and decorated, and you can see amazing stars at night! We loved the small (well-behaved!) dogs. Patty was very friendly and gracious.... More

I stayed at Sun Pass Ranch in August with my wife, 10 month old daughter and dog. The hosts, Patty and Michael, were very welcoming and remained exceptionally gracious throughout our stay. The proximity to Crater Lake was why we chose Sun Pass Ranch, but we'll return because we enjoyed our stay at the ranch so much. There is surprisingly... More

A top of the line place from start too finish. The grounds are well kept with everything in place. The home is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Patty is a terrific hostess and a great cook. The breakfasts were sooooo tasty, especially the waffles with corn!

Owner Patty really makes her guests feel like family. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the beauty of the area and the hearty and delicious breakfasts and clean, lovingly decorated rooms. Patty has thought of everything--from sodas and beer in the outside fridge to coffee, hot chocolate, biscotti and madelines in the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and the... More

Sun Pass is set in a silent meadow surrounded by mountains. Patty is a great hostess and makes a fantastic breakfast. Wish we had planned some extra time here to kayak and bike, but we were limited on time and spent most of it in this area at Crater Lake. Slept like babies in comfortable beds and couldn't hear a... Our family stayed at Sun Pass Ranch for five nights and the overall experience was best summarized by our younger son (11 yr.): "This is better than a five star hotel...". Kids loved the ambiance (farm, horses, nature, camp fire, stargazing, ...) and (especially) the dogs - Sadie and Spot. The rooms were comfortable, clean, bright and very nicely appointed.... More

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sun Pass Ranch. Patty is warm, hospitable and helpful. We loved the delicious breakfasts in the morning. I enjoyed the way everyone would eat together which allowed us to meet some other charming families and couples whom gave helpful advice. My kids (ages 11,12 and 14) loved having the horses... More

We loved our stay here, amazing setting, gorgeous and comfortable home with lots of character. We also loved the Cowboy room we stayed in. Patty is an exceptional host, welcoming us into her home with use of the living room and tv, the grounds and even offering food for us to make sandwiches for our trip to Crater Lake. A... More
