Our Bowling League has chosen the Monarch for our annual bowling banquet on many occasions. The facility is perfect for our group of around 60 people although they can accomodate far more. I'm a flight attendant and stay at many hotels throughout the world and country. This hotel has to be the worst when it comes to noise. You hear EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING. From your neighbors taking showers, watching TV, flushing toilets and even blowing their own nose. If you need a hotel room to be quiet, don't choose the MONARCH.

Paid in advanced via priceline "name your own price". For the price paid, it met my expectation. Public areas (especially carpets) need overhaul for sure.
