The cottages look run down on the outside. Inside they are cute and updated. However, the TV is old and our remote was held together with duct tape. The bed was not good and desperately needs replacement.

I stayed at McBee Cottages ("Grand" room #30) for two nights with my dog. Being that she is 80lbs, it's rare to find hotel accommodations that will accept a large dog. McBee Cottages was very welcoming to her. They provided a welcome bucket for her in our room that included a small dish (too small for a dog her size),... More

My husband a I rented McBee Cottage number 30 for five nights of our Oregon vacation. We had stayed at another property owned by their parent company Cannon Beach Hotel Lodgings in the past and really liked it. However, for a five day stay we wanted more space and a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the cottages is great,... More

really cute cottages, a block from the beach and a quarter of a mile from the center of town. very clean, spacious room. the bathroom was tiny, but it was fine. also, since the shower is so small, there's no door, just a curtain and water went all over the floor. but it's very dog friendly with lots of areas... My 5 year old and I stayed here in the smallest cheapest room they had (I think #38). It was perfect for us because we were hardly ever in the room, we didn't come to the coast for the hotel. The bed was comfortable enough for the two of us. It was close to the beach, took us only about... More

The McBee cottages are really cute. I love the white board walls, that they are pet friendly and the fireplaces. The location is good (a 2 minute stroll to the beach or 10 minutes to downtown). However, the bed was bad. Rock hard, old springs creeky and you can feel them through the mattress bad. Seriously, it needs to be... More

My partner and I stayed at McBee Cottages a couple of weeks ago. We drive down to Cannon Beach a few times a year, and this was our second stay. We chose to stay in a basic room this time (last time it was a classic) and it was perfectly adequate for the two of us and our two pups.... More

This place appeared to have reasonable reviews and gave the appearance of being cozy and clean. We had visited Cannon Beach last summer and thought this place was cute from the outside. Our room that we checked into, #33, was small but clean and seemed to have been renovated recently, but there was no wi-fi signal or microwave even though... More
