Excellent small hotel in downtown Bend Oregon. Well trained staff. Would do anything for you. Beautiful rooms. Resturant served fine food with superb service. Valet service was faultless. Location is perfect for enjoying Bend. Highly recommend and would recommend.

From the best valet, to front desk, to all the amenities.....this is one of my favorites! You will come back. My son said when we arrived last week....."aaah, there is nothing like a luxury hotel". He is 10, so we found that quite hilarious as he put on the posh bathrobe....but he was right!!!!

This hotel is perfect in every way. Rooms are beautifully decorated with the perfect combination of rustic and modern. The location couldn't be better. You can walk to all the restaurants, shops and breweries. The service is excellent with everyone being friendly and helpful but especially the valets. Thanks for a great stay!
