Stayed for one night. Hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Bend. Hotel room was clean and comfortable but bathroom a little outdated. Free breakfast was included in the price and the eggs/bacon were tasty. Overall a nice place. More

Stayed over the Holiday week. Spacious rooms, good breakfast (part of the room rate) and accommodating staff. The hotel offers suites, as well as standard queen rooms. A little mix-up at check-in was corrected..I understand the hotel is planning some renovations. Overall a good value. More

Our room/suite was quite spacious.. There was a small sofa & coffee table and a desk/table but only 1 chair. We had a flat screen TV, a microwave & a fridge. Used to stay at the Phoenix in the late '90's. Was, by far, the best hotel experience ever! Two stays and I knew the staff and better yet they knew me. Gm was Ron and then Cash. Eric at the Front Desk was sublime. After 10 years I went back to my jewel and, gulp, it was not the same.... More

Of the 2 downtown Hotel Choices, this is the best, for the money. The Oxford is very nice but, at double the cost, I didn't really need it (with 9 Brew Pubs in the Bend Area, there's so much to do outside the hotel) ..... not to mention the Fishing, Skiing, site seeing, walking etc. More
