We heard before staying here that they renovated, and we could tell they spent a lot of money and took a lot of pride in their work to make it as nice as possible. The night we went was completely packed as well as the whole weekend and they had to turn people away. Great stay, would reccomend to anyone!

Rooms are filthy with bugs and spiders. Got to room, unpacked and then went to visit my daughter and her family. Came back that night and looked in microwave. It's an inexpensive place, but the folks running it don't seem to enthused about customer service. The cleanliness is probably below average, but about what you'd expect in a $40 hotel (they charge $49, $89 on a busy weekend which their website doesn't mention). I found the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and quiet. The location is excellent with easy access to all local attractions. We will stay here again the next time we come to Lake Eufaula.

The hotel is indeed a Stay Inn not a Days Inn. The airconditioner was very loud. The room was dirty. The carpet was dirty with hair, gum wrappers and crumbs. I regret to say that those who manage this facility, although very kind and polite, have no concept of the word "clean." I have never experienced anything like this and would not have stayed had the reservation not been made by friends who had no idea of the conditions here.
