the staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, disinterested and somewhat rude I felt as if I was interrupting their conversation when I was asking them something. I do not like to be treated like this by what looked like a bunch of teenager!!! The restaurant staff was very nice..... Breakfast was good but expensive, it is usually complementary

This is another one of the Hilton Garden properties. Like the rest of its' Garden hotels, it has excellent linens and mattresses. Always clean, nice cooked breakfast. Stayed at this location many times over the years. Jan is wonderful, professional and very pleasant attitude. They were in need of double rooms, upon arrival. My companion was unable to travel, due to unforeseen situation. Therefore, I gladly gave my double room, in exchange for a king. All went well.

Poor choice. Dining room needed updating and breakfast service was poor. Buffet food cold. Rooms not cleaned until 4pm. Staff offered us two free bottles of water as compensation for giving us wrong directions. Even clocks had not been changed for day light savings time.

I stay here several times a year. I like the location. It's a mile off Tulsa's restraunt row. There is easy access to the interstate system. The rooms are very nice with microwaves and friges. There is wifi and plug in Internet. For those going to ctca they have a private car that picks up as needed.

Nice location. Well lit parking lot. Room was super comfy. Front desk staff were courteous and professional. When I got there, they were slammed getting people checked in but no one missed a beat. We had a wonderful stay! My only complaint is the website says it offered plug and play, or in room movies and when we went to order a movie the service was not available! The staff were very friendly and room was very nice and comfortable!!
