Motel is clean and pleasant. Staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It is convienent to stay at and visit the Amish country. Nice place and would not hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was adequate

Calling this 2.5 stars is a joke. They charged us an additional $25 for a rollaway that was in poor condition. The breakfast was too awful to eat -- greasy or stale, take your pick. Rooms desperately need modernizing, very noisy heater/fans. Open cleaning buckets left to sit around in the halls and lobby, so the halls reek of ammonia.... More

We stay there every year for Woosterfest but the rooms are overpriced and dirty. The area overall is going downhill. Even the hotel bar is bad, it smelled and the TVs were to small. I have just one other thing to say.....ants........
