“Very good and comfortable stay with all amenities”

Gentleman at front desk who checked us in late on 4/20 was very nice and friendly. Room was clean with modern bathroom. Bed very comfortable with soft, clean duvets and two types of pillows, soft and firm. Slept well. Room had fridge, microwave, alarm clock, coffee. “Older Hotel, but nicely maintained”

Stayed here on the last leg of our Florida trip on the way home. Nice location just north of Cincinnati, and easy on/off of I-75 and quiet. My kids enjoyed the pool, and breakfast in the morning. Staff was nice upon check-in. What you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Would definitely stop in again while on the road.

Just back from a quick trip thru West Chester on the way home. Stayed at this hotel for one night, but really wish we could have stayed longer. “Nice Clean Hotel”

I stayed here on 3-6-13 on business. I got a room with a jacuzzi bath. It was absolutely wonderful. This was not a small jacuzzi bath which you normally find in hotels, it was large with room for two people easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and staff were very helpful. We stayed overnight and visited Cincinnati and the Newport aquarium. The hotel was close to all the attractions in Cincinnati and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

We apologize for the noise you were hearing at night. Unfortunately during the summer months we get tons of sports teams coming into the hotel. We do try to group them together away from guests as much as possible and let them know that they need to be respectful to the other guests in the hotel. More
