Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows flat. Very noisy people jumping around above us until late in the night so there wasn't much sleep for us! Air conditioner was weak and couldn't cool the room down but they did move us to another room and it worked a little better. Blankets, pillows and room had a funny smell and hallway...
