We had to travel to this location to go through a difficult surgery. The staff went to great lengths to accommodate us dealing with a difficult trip. Their extra efforts made an otherwise unhappy trip go rather smoothly. Assistance with room accommodations and food preparation assisted my wife relieve some stress trying to help me.

We had our soccer group stay here. Great place for sporting groups. Nice laundry rooms. Rooms with 3 beds including pullout coach. Meeting room for team dinner. FRIENDLY STAFF! Very accommodating for the group. Manager worked out everything perfectly including food recommendations, phone numbers, etc.

Great hotel for family visiting Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo. Location was just minutes away from both. The suites are set up for grandparent to stay. The two televisions are nice. Stayed for a baseball tournament. Hotel was full of ball players but everything was pretty quite and people were well behaved. Room is comfortable and functional. Overall a good place to stay - at least for baseball tournaments.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Had asked for a courtyard room which I also was given. Suite was spacious and in good condition. We have stayed at several Homewood Suites, this one was better than most. Eddie at the Manager's Reception was great and the food was good. Breakfast was Sausage, Egg and cheese Biscuits. For being on a Buffet, the were very good. We will definitely go back.

We were in town for our son's wedding and were thrilled with the helpfulness of the staff. They answered all our questions/emails in a timely manner and made us and our family/friends feel so welcome. The rooms were clean, the halls quiet, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay.
