Run down, scary people, noisy wooden floor above with people above that stay up all night 2 nights in a row. Not just above our room but also our friend's room.

Severe back problems. Went to see surgeon at Cleveland Clinic. Reserved a Queen bed, with smokking priveledges. Got a full-size bed, in a non-smoking room.
