they should have made sure the hotel was completed before opening. we had a hole in the bathroom wall instead of a toliet paper holder. our window was broken. told the manager didnt seem to care. there were several different bugs in the room. could be nice if they tried to.

Now I will say the location by the lake is amazing, and the staff is polite. Although I booked a hot tub suite expecting it to be the best room in the hotel i was wrong.
