This hotel is terrible! Staff were unhelpful and the hotel is falling apart. If you like rotting wood and rooms that have not been updated (or maybe even cleaned) since 1984, then this might be the hotel for you. I usually love the Hawthorne Suites, but this time we ran into problems with the refrigerator. When we went to the office to report it, another person had the same problem. No ice. Staff was friendly. Rooms around us both nights were very loud (shouting/music etc) and nothing was done about it.
