We stayed in the Eaglehawk Bay Room - great value for a very well presented and cosy room.
Water views from the shared verandah (only three rooms though, was never anyone on it) although it is over the main road (traffic is light).
The cafe has now closed - we drove ten minutes to Mussell Boys for dinner (recommended).

Three room B&B over the café. Clean and comfortable rooms included continental breakfast. We did not eat at the café so I cannot comment on the food. There was live music for a couple of hours late Saturday afternoon and this was entertaining.
We stayed in the "Hillside Room" for 1 night in Sep 09, incl yummy breakfast for A$110.
