Clean rooms, comfortable bed, central location, friendly service. Much nicer over all than the exterior would suggest. Industrial/ port side area not too noisy and interesting to observe. We avoided the dining area/ bar because it looked a bit rough and by the rather crude names of the cocktails listed on the chalk board is not a place to take... More

Great value for money on all levels... I've stayed 6-7 times here on business and never disappoints.... Has the latest LTE reception including free wifi so Internet speed is quicker here than at my own house! Clean rooms, great Irish pub downstairs with live music on weekends.... Maccas over the rd which is 24 hrs and dominos pizza next door........ More

2 nights spent here with my family, service was brilliant, always friendly and a smile. Rooms were very very clean, and fresh and modern, 1 of the nights we ate dinner at the restaurant down stairs, meals were beautiful with very generous servings, and at a very affordable price, took a bit of time getting them out seeing as they... Hi Thank you for taking the time to provide the great feedback on our property and staff. I can only apologise for the disruption to your sleep on your second night. I am aware of the night you are referring to. We do have a band in our bar until midnight Friday and Saturday nights, however generally do not have... More

Stayed here for one night on a work trip. Very close to where I was working, very friendly staff, tidy room, reasonably priced and good hearty meals down stairs. An Irish pub next door with Guinness on tap and live music on the Saturday night which I enjoyed thoroughly. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but I'd recommend it nonetheless. A... More

The room was great. Service was polite. But 1 sneeky phone call for my address saw me with $150 charge. Smoking room was occupied during 2 stays and the room state was the same both times. But was claimed was left in a bad state. Amount was refunded but has left a bad taste after the great experiences.

Husband was booked here for a night during a buisness trip, he found the bed hard, shower over bath with poor water preasure and a shower curtain (very old school) there was no foxtel and no breakfast served, you could however get a "breakfast pack" for $10.50 which was 2 kiddy packs of cereal and other stuff...

The Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The room & bathroom were clean, but there was a hand towel that looked like someone had blown their nose in it, that quickly went on the floor!! We were placed on the 3rd floor 2 doors from the elevator, I should have known right then!! After checking in we were greeted... More

My wife and I stayed here because we were on a business trip and the location made it easy as our clients were just down the road. This is the first time we have stayed here. Apologies for the workmen noise, this must have been a temporary side effect of us installing the reverse cycle air conditioning which is now in each room. I have taken onboard your tea towel suggestion and we will impliment that in the coming weeks. We are also tackling the outside noise continously with the local police. More

Very clean and fresh rooms with everything you need. Even a bathtub. Rooms on the dock side are probably quieter than the rooms on the main street side where McDonalds is. However they have double glass windows to reduce noise as much as possible. Check in was very friendly and helpful with any information we required was more than happy... More
