I will be staying here again on my next trip..Gary and Cheryl are very easy and friendly to deal with and nothing was to much trouble..the room was spotless and very quiet. The meals are very nice and abundent,,thanks again.

The staff are very attentive and the motor inn is located a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Only concern is that the dog in the property next door decided to give us a song for about 10 minutes late at night...not much they can do about that though.

What we love about The Tally Ho Motel is the fact that they have a dog friendly room. We drive from Sydney to Brisbane once or twice a year and love being able to stay overnight somewhere convenient that our Labrador is welcome. Me and my patner, stayed at this motel in June 2011 and it was a pleasant stay. The staff/ owner was very nice and friendly. She told us about the neighbor-hood and good places to visit. I will recommend this motel for affordable price and good service.

Very comfortable stay, BYO Restaurant, basic but good home cooking. Quiet room that was recently renovated and very comfortable, internet access included in the most reasonable tarriff as well as a light breakfast. Will stay there again. Lester

A short way out of town and although on the highway, very little road noise at night. Comfortable room if a little small, with adequate furnishings. Good bed - slept very well. Complimentary breakfast and a reasonable dinner menu in the dining room.
