Great hotel and staff were lovely. We ate at your restaurant and it was amazing. We were served by Michelle and Ewelina, who were really lovely and brilliant. The chef also did a great job and the food was brilliant.

This hotel felt dated and run down. Our breakfast was overcooked and dry. The hotel basement car park was a shelter for two homeless people, and access to the hotel was via a narrow staircase, across a poorly lit private parking space covered in litter. Not a great stay.

Lovely staff, very professional. Rooms good. No complaints at all. We arrived in the snow, there is a covered car park attached to the hotel. Staff know the area and can recommend where to go for meals etc.

I stayed for one night for a football match,Hotel is only about 20 minutes walk to West brom fc,also next to west brom centre,I stayed on the 4th floor and the room was large,very confortable and very warm,I will look forward to staying here again,the staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome,
