Very good location on Ocean Road, within close proximity to the town centre, restaurants, and beach. Friendly staff and good value for money. Be careful that the room you book on the website is actually the room you get. Stayed in 2 rooms at this Guesthouse generally clean but could do with an extra dust over. All in all 7/10.

Great place, very friendly staff, rooms were always clean, nothing was too much bother for the staff, breakfast was tasty and cooked to order. Very close to beach and centre of town. When coming back to south shields I will stay here, for what I needed was perfect.
