Faulty Towers springs to mind with this place... We got married here in September 2012 and the entire lead up to the wedding was badly organised, and our complaint has not been taken seriously by them. Poor communication skills, not responding to emails, and non existent organisational skills are just a few of the niggles we had with this place...... More

I've stayed here twice this month (Oct 12). The hotel is a nice old building with a newer annex. I've stayed in both. Rooms are good sizes, beds comfortable, showers are good, decor is OK. I only stayed two nights at the hotel and I must say that was the place I would like to come back. Very clean, great food, excellent customer service. Very friendly staff (especially two Polish bartenders). Defintely will go back and recommend to my friends and family.
