To be fair, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. However, the hotel itself needs serious renovation work. I think the management do not really care about this hotel. - Dirty rooms - stains on bed covers - bad sound insulation My advice, avoid this hotel at all cost. For£90 / night, it is not worth it.

To anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel my advice to them is dont, the rooms are absolutely filthy and severely downtrodden, our recent trip to this stunningly beautiful area of london was ruined by this dosshouse.
