“Good choice in Croydon”

Compared to other hotels in the area it is a good choice to stay in. The rooms are large and comfortable. And although the hotel was pretty full, they were quiet too. Wil certainly return whenever I stay in Croydon.

“A comfortable hotel”

The hotel is great. Wonderful atmosphere. The only downside is the distance to the undeground. You have to take a bus (bus stop close to the hotel) to East Croydon underground station to access London attractions.

“Bad experience at the Hilton Croydon”

The bed was creaky The safe didn't work The television didn't work The toilet seat was loose Overall, not great! Having worked in hotels, housekeeping should have picked up these issues. Maybe we were just unlucky with all the issues in the room. But the room was clean and well presented.
