Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was a good size, had all the furniture you would need and the bathroom was as you'd expect. A bit of traffic noise but then I live in the countryside so it my have been more noticeable. Meals were of a decent quality.

Good value pleasant room with everything you need. The evening meal in the Table Table restaurant was appalling - very slow and the worst chicken and fish we have ever had - however I must complement the Manager who handled our feedback very professionally. We paid 96 pounds for one night and this did not include the breakfast.the place was very clean and the rooms were good.we had to stay here as this was the only accommodation we could get at the time.next time we visit frome we will stay at a nearby b&b.the staff were excellent and very friendly.

The hotel was the usual standard you would expect from Premier Inns. I was nearly put off using the attached restaurant after reading previous reviews, but despite it being a busy Bank Holiday weekend we had good service and the food was fine. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Clean rooms. Stayed in family room. Basic accomodation all we needed for weekend at longleat. Would definately recommend if visiting longleat as it is not far away and relatively good value. Had a meal on one night food ok nothing special but the chairs and seat were disgusting! They were all stained where we sat not very nice at all!
