Had a meal at The Craster Arms. Fish and Chips were to die for. Average price for pub food in the north east. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Dog friendly and even brought water for all the dogs. Would go again and recommend.

All staff were friendly and helpful beyond expectation. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The needs of three young boys and a labradoodle were catered for superbly. Add in comfortable, well furnished rooms and a superb breakfast, and the result was a most satisfying stay. Highly recommended.
