We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and were shown to a lovely, spacious, beautifully decorated en-suite room with a nice view. Breakfast was served at a time to suit and was a very appetising and filling full english, we didn't need to eat again until evening ! It was just a shame the weather let us down...

The property is set in 2 acres of very peaceful, south facing grounds in the small village of Maltby Le Marsh. We are close the beautiful sandy beaches of Mablethorpe and similarly the lovely market towns of Alford, Louth and many more. Cadwell Park is 16 miles away and Strubby gliding club and go-cart track are 2 miles as is an 18-hole golf course. Our village pub is very welcoming serving meals and drinks 7days a week.
