Very clean and pleasant room recently renovated.The staff are excellent and friendly and provide service beyond what you would expect.The location is on the seafront which is being renovated but general area is still depressed.

Room offered smelt of smoke (even though housekeeping had just finished) Reception allocated new room with no fuss, 2nd time lucky. Sea view rooms at front of hotel good, ones at the back overlook carpark & adjacent to Margate railway station.

We stayed for 4 days over the early May Bank holiday, although the hotel was initially very busy, it was a good standard of Premier Inn and the staff were very obliging and friendly. It is on the front and we were lucky to get a sea view. Pleasant walks on the seafront especially turning left from the hotel.

Premier Inn are standard you know what you are going to get. The difference in this town with little choice was the staff. Very helpful very engaged. Location sea front and over the road from the station. Rooms clean. Breakfast good. Make time to make it past the redevelopment and drab social housing and spend time in the old town.

Great location practically on the seafront. Pleasantly surprised at the free parking. Everything that you usually get at Premier Inn, reasonable value, clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good facilities. Margate town not so good but pleasant walks along the seafront trails are the best feature.

The staff are exceptional, they are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Highly recommended. Hotel is great, Margate is another story... In a good position to walk the Viking trail to Broadstairs, which I also recommend.

This hotel is pristinely clean. With good sized rooms.
