Beautiful coffee shop, lovely inside and out!! The food was carefully prepared and well presented, the ladies inside very helpful we only had a few sandwiches and a couple of cups of coffee but they were delightful. We will be back when we have more time.

My daughter and I spent a night in the Attic Room in this beautiful Tudor house - a lovely room, very charming, clean and tastefully renovated, my daughter particularly liked the fairy lights! Very friendly welcome for us and our dog and a tasty breakfast (cereals and/or full English) made this stay a truly wonderful experience.

The building is beautiful and classic Tudor British (wonky beams e.t.c). When we arrived we were taken to our room, which was a little cold but the heating was quickly put on and it felt more cosy. The room was pretty and far enough away from the rest of the house to feel separate. The breakfast was nice and the... More

My wife and I would highly recommend this B+B. The location is spot on for visiting attractions in Kent. The owners are more than friendly and would bend over backwards for you. Michelin star restaurant the West House (would recommend) a couple doors down. Pub next door including friendly locals and landlord. Restaurant over the road, Chinese takeout, newsagents, post... We stayed here for one night in December - The 'Attic Room' was totally charming with lots of attention to detail in decor. All the festive decorations of the Christmas season in the tea room just added to the character of the accommodation and building. It was really quite magical! Caroline and Gary are a very genuine, friendly and helpful... More

My young daughter and myself recently spent a 'girlie' Saturday night in the attic room which is a delightful room with bags of character and surprisingly spacious despite being right at the top of the house.Caroline was very accomodating and helpful from when making the reservation right through the end and served a great breakfast in front of the woodburner... We stayed here for 2 nights in the attic double room. It was ideal for our needs and the service was so friendly with a delicious breakfast ready for us both mornings. The owner was so willing to help but not at all intrusive, got the balance just right :-) Agree that there is no stand in shower but lovely... More

We stayed here in July 2012 for 1 night for a friend's wedding. Caroline was very friendly, efficient given we were in a rush. The place had bags of English country charm, and breakfast the next day was hearty stuff. The real service upside came after the trip though. I sent an email after we arrived home to ask if... More
