Owners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and modern, and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was yummy and very generous. Ideal location - opposite the sea front and Clacton Pier, next to the High Street with all the shops and restaurants, everything was walking distance. Would most definitely stay again and recommend.

Exactly what you want in a B&B / small hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, well equipped room. Great breakfast and free wifi. The locatipn is great for Walking around clacton. There's nothing to complain about.

Great place to stay in Clacton. Location is perfect - very central and with free roadside parking if you can't get into small car park. Rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable. Owners were very helpful and friendly from the moment of booking until departure. Would definitely stay here again.
