Having gone to visit Shillong and Cherrapunjee from Nepal we liked both the hotel and resort we stayed in. The hotel also had a full fledged business centre and multiple dining options which is rare in Shillong. Sky grill was impressive and the kebabs were succulent. Top choice in Shillong.

We stayed 3 nights in Feb.2013. Hotel is nice & comfortable & the staff very helpfull. Great food with good taste. On our first night we had a bit disturbance from the dogs barking outside. Next morning our room was opgraded and changed on the other side.

It has very good wifi connectivity and a decent business center. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was nice. A good hotel for business trips. I liked my stay at Polo Towers. I visited Hotel Polo Towers a couple of weeks back and was really very impressed with the hospitality and the food. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good pub and a nightclub. The restaurant Ginger serves multi-cuisine selection. The open air restaurant is a must try. Over all an excellent stay and a nice place to relax.
