The room was adequate. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The price was right. We stayed one night and it was close the the 50th anniversary party we were going to. Easy access to a freeway. No elevator, but just one flight of stairs. Continental breakfast, with make your own waffles. No smoking on premises, but OK outside.

The location was near the places we were going, so very convenient. Stayed over a holiday weekend, so staff was not the best. Also ran out of hot water. Older place with outside doors. Stayed at the Ramada Cleveland Airport West hotel for the 2nd time is as many weeks. Both stays were pretty much the same. Rooms were clean, everything I needed was there and worked. Staff were nice.
