The rooms look down on to the Arcade, which is a small shopping area. Most of the shops aren't open on the weekends, but the hotel is in downtown Cleveland so there is always something to do. The Arcade setting is gorgeous and worth seeing. The staff was always friendly and very accommodating. The room was large and the one... More

The Hyatt Regency overall is a nicely-appointed hotel in a very central location. It's focused on a nice-looking indoor arcade which means the views out the external windows are of parking garages and alleyways. (Didn't bother me.) The location is in the center of downtown Cleveland, which is very quiet at night but has many homeless people. The room was... More

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in January 12th. Picked this hotel as my office was very close. Hotel does not have complementary breakfast or free wifi. Though as a corporate guest I had those facilities. Dine in room service is not good. Not much of an option for dine in room service. Never tried their other restaurant. Front... More

Our stay at the Hyatt at the Arcade was a definite surprise. We booked a two night stay for about $300. I found this reasonable as the only other hotel in the area worth staying at (Mariott) was over $200 for just one night. Valet parking is $22 per night, but well worth it. Your car is secured in a... In my opinion, a truly great hotel is made of two basics. Physical hotel needs to be very nice, and the staff services need to be above and beyond. The Hyatt Arcade is a very nice hotel. Rooms are modern with and outstanding location. While the price is rather high, its still on par with other major chains in the... More

We had a tower room with a view of the stadium, 4th street and terminal tower - it was pretty at night and very quiet even with a party in the atrium. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The check in staff (Sabrina?) was so super friendly. There are many really good restaurants, shops and clubs right across the... More

My husband and I simply adored this hotel. It is beautiful, historically significant and a true gem in the heart of Cleveland. While tastefully updated, the hotel maintains it's integrity. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and spacious. This hotel is just fun to stay at and in a great location. Plenty of shopping restaurants and activities at the doorstep. Highly... More

this is my second review... my first stay was entirely unsatisfactory because of atrium noise. although i had not expected to return, circumstances presented and i found myself again at this hyatt. it turns out that the staff was much more welcoming, and my stay (in a room not directly on the atrium) was quiet and quite pleasant. since that... From the lobby staff to the restaurant waitress, it's clear that this hotel prides itself on making guests feel welcome. This is an historic arcade that has been renovated, so there is a feel of turn of the century charm. The celing in our room (216) must have been 10-12 feet high. Our room overlooked the arcade but the curtains... More
