My main recommendation is to avoid this hotel at all costs. First of all, the basics: You're paying $100-200 a night for a hotel room in CLEVELAND, and you don't get free internet. Internet is free at any $39/night Red Roof Inn. The staff seem to really enjoy NOT helping the guests. My stay was in January, and when I... More

We stayed here for the New Year's Eve package, I flying-in from Dallas. Nice hotel, staff was good, food was good. Would give the hotel five stars, except for the bed bugs that hitched a ride back to Dallas with me. Very disappointing and quite unpleasant to deal with! More

The hotel is about 30 min by taxi away from the airport and right opposite the main buildings of Cleveland Clinic. I was told that the hotel building actually belongs to the Cleveland Clinic, but it is run under the "Intercontinental" brand. I stayed in the hotel for one night, arrived just before dinner, used their restaurant called "Table 45",... More

We recently stayed at the Intercontinental for a medical consult at Cleveland Clinic. The room, service and food were excellent. The room was quiet and nicely appointed, as was the bathroom. We will be staying there again for 4 nights for another appointment at the Clinic. Excellent place to stay adjacent to the Clinic. Only complaint is the charge for... More

I stay at this Intercontinental once or twice a year for more than five years now. The hotel overall has maintained and improved room comforts; technologies and food service. But it is especially the Club lounge and their attendants that make the hotel especially superb. All the attendants are of the highest level but one in particular is remarkably gracious,... More

I had to have a medical procedure at the Cleveland Clinic and the Intercontinental Hotel was suggested as a place to stay as it is connected to the clinic via skywalk. Our room was above average and very quiet. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an additional amount of money for wifi/internet. Most hotels have this... More

I had to travel on business to the Cleveland Clinic, and for the most part this location is just about perfect. It's proximity to the hospital - you can't ask for more with access to the skywalk off the 3rd floor. My room on the 9th floor was comfortable and clean, I slept very well, and having the option of... More

I needed a place to spend the night while my father underwent and recovered from emergency surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and, rather that drive around an unfamiliar city that night, I chose to stay at the InterContinental Hotel attached to the Clinic skywalk system. The only available room was on the club floor and at $216 a night ($250... More

Before I begin let me share that I am not the kind of reviewer who complains about every little things. I think if you read my other reviews you will see that. However, in the case of this hotel I feel I need to share several things that we experienced that others should be aware of. I choose this property... More

We stayed the night before a clinic visit. It was safe and clean and very reasonably priced, in particular when we found we did not need to stay for further medical proceedures the concierge arranged a late departure. They understood why we were there and were accommodating. It was sensible and logical. We had Internet coverage most of the time... More
