The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever seen at a hotel. The prices were very reasonable, and the hotel is in a great location (walking distance to several fun attractions). My wife and I will be visiting Cleveland again in the future, and this will certainly be the hotel we stay in.

The hotel looks quite old with lifts taking couple of minutes to reach eight floors. However, I really liked the staff. All of them were very cordial and willing to help. The breakfast was regular. We had two rooms. Check in, from valet to getting to our room, was 35 minutes even though nobody else was waiting to check in. Excellent, helpful staff. Scrupulously clean. Very comfortable, nice-size rooms. Older property, could stand a bit of renovation but perfectly maintained. Best location in the city. Across from baseball park and basketball arena, easy walk to 4th street. Not far walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the football stadium.

Stayed here to go to a Cleveland Cavs game at the Quicken Arena. This hotel has nice rooms. The valet parking is nice to have but plan on adding an extra $20 to your bill. Great staff, comfortable room with sleep number beds and chocolate on pillow at night, easily accessed fitness room, who could ask for more? Valet who parked our car helpful in recommending things to do in the area.
