Not thrilled! Started off with a VERY rude desk clerk, I checked into my room, which was on the first floor, didn't feel safe so they changed my room to a non-ground floor. Still didn't feel safe though! Very dark hallways (some of the lights were even out), even my room was dark. Huge stain on the couch, bad lighting...
