We stopped here on the way to Erie from Nashville and were extremely impressed by how kind and helpful Howard was. The hotel was lovely and our stay was very relaxing but Howard was the sweetest and most helpful hotel employee I have ever met!!! Give this man a raise, we will be coming back.

The hotel was very good I came into town to see the bengals and giants play after the long drive from New York the staff which was very helpful let us check in early which was a big help to us the rooms was very clean and the staff was amazing I would recommend this hotel

We were visiting our son during the 4th of July week and found the Hyatt to be very accommodating, clean, welcoming, the ladies at the concierge were bubbly and helpful, they directed us to a nice restaurant next door that was wonderful.

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and updated. Stayed with friends and as there was no bar, staff allowed us to congregate in the lobby. Staff was very helpful. Great location. Would stay there again.
